On Wednesday 22nd May, Balsall Heath Church Centre on Mary Street will be hosting a Spring celebration for the whole community. Expect lots of activities, a raffle and entertainment, as well as a community meal.
OPEN STUDIOS are CALLING ALL ARTISTS
Birmingham Open studios is an opportunity for artists to exhibit from their own home/studio, and the public are invited to visit to the artist directly.
ISRA UK is an independent non-governmental organisation (NGO) founded in the UK in 1984. We focus on health, education, clean water and orphan sponsorship schemes.
Our work in Birmingham is to bring together the diverse members of the area to encourage community spirit & assist those who may face disadvantage through social isolation, mental health, low income or homelessness. It will have a strong ethos on promoting community participation & social inclusion.
We run many activities in our community space in Sparkhill. These activities includes: Coffee Mornings, Sewing club, information days, training opportunities and workshops
