Tea Room Stitchery Workshops

If you love working with textiles AND you love Moseley Road Baths then this will be perfect for you!

Moseley Road Baths CIO are partnering with Daily Thread at the Old Print Works to create unique soft furnishings for the ‘Tea Room’ at the Baths. All materials are provided – this is a wonderful opportunity to link up with others to create something beautiful and valuable to pool users.

Want to learn a new skill? 

We’re working with Daily Thread, based in the Old Print Works, to create bespoke soft furnishings for the newly refurbished Tea Room.

We need you to help us create it. 

We want the bath’s users, their friends and family to stitch swimmers, divers and splashers for this unique seating. Anybody welcome – if you experienced or never touched a needle.

We will provide the materials which you can use at home or come to the workshops at the bath or to the Daily Thread sessions in the Old Printworks.

Introduction Workshop  
Monday 25th March 1pm to 3pm  Moseley Road Bath

Sewing the Seating      
Monday  29th April 11am to 3pm Daily Thread  (TBC)       

Assembly Session             
Monday 20th May   11am to 3pm Daily thread  

Opening Tea Party            
Monday 24th June 11am to 3pm Moseley Road Bath

Weekly Daily Thread sessions at the Old Printworks Tuesdays from 10am to 4pm and Thursdays 6.30 pm to 9pm.
