Tai Chi and Tea in the Park Join us in Farm Park for FREE socially distanced Tai Chi and a chat.
Feel the benefits of improved balance, increased flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all abilities and ages 9 – 90 Gentle slow movements, deep breathing and relaxation techniques based on the martial art Tai Chi.
Practicing Tai Chi helps to reduce falls by improving flexibility and balance, relieves joint pain, reduces stress and anxiety, lowers blood pressure and strengthens the legs and upper body.
Tuesdays 9.00am – 10.00 am Starting on 13th July at: The exercise area Farm Park On the corner of Dolobran Rd and Sampson Rd opposite the Health Centre.
