Feel the benefits of improved balance, increased flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
Suitable for all abilities and ages 9 – 90.
Gentle slow movements, deep breathing and relaxation techniques based on the martial art Tai Chi. Practicing Tai Chi helps to reduce falls by improving flexibility and balance, relieves joint pain, reduces stress and anxiety, lowers blood pressure and strengthens the legs and upper body.
