These little friendly aluminium pupils are improving road safety outside a Birmingham school following a successful bid to the region’s Better Streets Community Fund. Clifton Road Primary School in Balsall Heath has taken delivery of 6 parking buddies, cheerfully designed bollards to warn drivers against inconsiderate parking.
A PCSO Surgery will be held on Friday 27th March at the Sparkbrook Health Centre, Grantham Road, Sparkbrook.

To coincide with the fabulous Specular Reflecular art exhibition, Moseley Road Baths CIO and National Trust are hosting a series of talks exploring the past, present and future of Moseley Road Baths. All talks are free and take place in the Gala Pool, please book in advance.

West Midlands Police are holding an ‘all out, community engagement day’ 26th February, on the junction of Farm Road, Stratford Road.
As well as WMP in attendance, West Midlands Fire Service, Waste Management & Street Enforcement will be present along with other active members of the community such as Youth group leaders.
It is a great opportunity for you to have any questions answered by the above representatives, as well as connecting with different members of the community.

When Majda first came into contact with Pedal Power, she had only just arrived in Birmingham and didn’t know many people at all, aside from those she lived with. It was her housemate that recommended Pedal Power cycling lessons, as a means for cost-efficient travel. With government finance of only £37.75, Majda decided to try out a lesson. Little did she know how much she would fall in love with it.
Artists Juneau Projects have worked with hundreds of local people to create a beautiful hand-painted animation that celebrates Moseley Road Baths and the community that surrounds it.
