Hall Green Neighbourhood Network Scheme’s Grants Programme for 2021 to 2022 is now open! 

All grant funded activity needs to focus on 

“Citizens leading healthy, happy, independent lives within their own homes and communities”.

Individual grant awards must contribute to one of the following outcomes: 

•Increased social participation 

•Healthier lifestyles 

•Maximised income 

•Housing which supports independence 

•Carers feel more supported (as people and as carers) Funded projects must support the over 50’s Community Organisations/Groups/Individuals can apply for up to 10k
