Your Views on Care and Support for Adults During Covid-19
As National Co-production Week begins today (6th July), Birmingham City Council’s Adult Social Care Directorate want to know your views about how COVID-19 has affected you.
You may have seen a difference in the care and support you or your loved ones have received during this difficult time. You may have understood the reasons why and more importantly, understood how we wanted to ensure our citizens and staff remained as safe as possible.
As we plan how to continue to deliver services in the future, which is still a little unknown, we would like you to tell us what worked, what didn’t and how we can deliver services in a safe and controlled way to ensure everyone is kept safe and well.
If you can help us, can you please complete the survey which can be found here: Survey on Care and Support during COVID-19. It isn’t a long survey and shouldn’t take you long to complete, but will give us a great deal of information! So thank you!
