Yoga fortnightly session with Unity Streets at Moseley Exchange.

When: Next session is Thursday 18th 11.45/12.45. Then from Tuesday 23rd fortnightly 12.30-1.30.

Venue: Moseley Exchange, Alcester Road, Moseley.

Cost: £4.50 per session / £2.50 Unity Street members / First taster session FREE

Open to All Women, bring along a yoga mat or blanket. A few spares for those who may not have one. Yoga is a work in and can becoming addictive.
