Join Martineau Gardens for a free, fun, informative workshop about worms, soil and compost.

Martineau Gardens, a charity community garden in Edgbaston, for British Science Week on Saturday 18th March. It’s a free ‘Wonderful Worms and Clever Compost’ workshop, with practical advice for families about home composting and some hands-on science experiments. 

Learn what you can do at home to turn your food waste into compost. We will also have some hands-on science experiments to find out all about soil, a story, a compost game and a quiz.Why not bring a compostable snack to add to our heap?

This is a FREE session for accompanied children ages 5+ (one adult per child), for British Science Week.
