Rally for Afghanistan

There will be a rally in the centre of Birmingham for peace in Afghanistan this Saturday.

Balsall Heath is home to many people who have fled conflict in Afghanistan. At this time of crisis, there is a callout for people to join together to support Afghans fleeing violence and to create safe havens for people who arrive here in Birmingham.

The event takes place at 12 noon on Saturday 28th August in Victoria Square.
