Coffee Morning

Wednesdays 10—11.30am

St. Paul’s Trust City Farm, Malvern Street

Come and join us for a hot drink and a slice of cake.

If you are over 50 and would like to join us we are aiming to run activities but need your ideas! We are also offering to run some gardening or animal care sessions on the farm. Why not come and visit us, enjoy some refreshments, and see what we can do together?

The farm is a lovely oasis in the heart of Balsall Heath, we have different animals and growing areas that the community can enjoy.

Anita Moore,  Manager of Health and Well-being and Out of School Services, also said,

“We are trying to develop new services for the older members of our community.

The city farm is a lovely place where families can visit and bring their children but we want to offer new opportunities for the elders to come and have somewhere to meet new friends and learn new skills.

Watch this space as we are hoping to create a ‘shed’ project for men to come to. Women won’t be excluded but we have been told that activities for older men are limited. I shall be needing volunteers soon to help steer this exciting new project.”
