The geese are also looking pretty chuffed with themselves, and that is probably because they are looked after so well by Hywel, the Farm manager and his team of gallant volunteers who will help to keep all the animals fed, watered and safe over the coming holiday period. The farm is a truly remarkable local phenomenon – opened originally in 1980,
doomsters predicted it could never survive. Without the band of great volunteers (who enable the show to stay on the road 24-7 and 365 days a year) then even with the dedicated efforts of Hywel this prediction might have come true. But here we are, almost 30 years later….
