Job Description:

Share collaborative responsibility for the all aspects of the effective management of Retrofit Balsall Heath services and activities, working alongside John Christophers (joint coordinator), Retrofit Balsall Heath steering group and volunteers, and Sähëlï Hub.
This role will include fundraising, project management, and long-term strategic vision. We are looking for someone who is multi-skilled and can work flexibly, not afraid to get their hands dirty on a planting project or deal with complex bid writing. Openness to learning new skills is essential as we are a new
organisation in the process of developing its structure (evaluating cooperative and other options as a community).
We especially welcome applications from women – our first year funding is with the women’s organisation Sähëlï Hub – and from under-represented groups in retrofit and construction.
Join us in making a lasting impact in our Balsall Heath community by fostering sustainability and inclusivity!
