JOIN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD’S BIGGEST SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

We are seeking a chairperson or co-chair for Moseley Road Baths CIO to take forward our exciting and challenging community swimming venture as part of the restoration of a much loved and highly significant heritage building.
Our group of dedicated volunteers has been working together for the last two years on this exciting project to secure a future for swimming at Moseley Road Baths in Balsall Heath. That group is now becoming the Moseley Road Baths CIO and is seeking a new chair to take them to the next level of its development.
You will need to have:
governance experiencean enthusiasm for, knowledge of and commitment to our mission and purpose (see below and business plan)excellent collaborative working skillsto be open to different perspectives and committed to diversityto have the intention to be available for a term of at least three years.
The role is voluntary, with expenses reimbursed where appropriate. Trustees are happy to consider co-chairing or vice chair arrangements to ensure the workload is manageable.
