Over 50s Yoga Sessions For Women at Balsall Heath Church Centre

Come along to our Yoga sessions for Women at Balsall Heath Church Centre on Mary Street, every Thursday during Term Time. 10.00 am – 11.30 am for some light exercise . Each session is led by a trainer and refreshments are served between 11.00-11.30. The charge is £3.00 per session and all mats and equipment are provided.  Organised by OPNOCS (Older Peoples New Opportunities Consortium).

Please note that these sessions will not take place during school holidays.
