Starting in September 2019 and running all the way into July 2020 Ort Gallery will be running Family Art Workshops every first and third Saturday of the month at 2pm!
The workshops take place amongst our exhibitions in the gallery and give children aged 5 to 11 and their parents a chance to explore the topics found in the artwork exhibited.
Run by professional artist and educator Syd (from Femtinos: https://www.femtinos.com/) the workshops will include painting, printing, photography, collage, calligraphy & more!
In this session, participants will explore portrait photography and how angles, lighting and set designs create different moods. We’ll explore education and language from around the world, adding words onto the photographs.
