Engagement Course for Unemployed BAME women

Course Dates – 10th June – 27th July

Group sessions – 10th June – 27th June, Monday to Thursday 9.30 am to 2:00pm

1-2-1 sessions – 4 hours per week, 1st July – 25th July

 Motivation and Confidence building to tackle barriers to success in moving towards work, accessing new services or activities

 Identification of new goals and the steps needed to meet these aspirations

 Development of confidence to recognise transferable skills

 Group work and 1-1 to build new relationships, local trips, guest speakers and activities to encourage teamwork

 ESA to JSA and UC customers, joint claimants, who need support to look at different opportunities
