Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements, making it an ideal exercise for all ages and abilities.

We’re running 8 FREE weekly sessions from Monday 13th January to Monday 2nd March.
Join us for some or all of the sessions – whatever suits you!
