Care and Support for Adults – Learning from the Covid 19 Pandemic
The People for Public Services forum would like to invite you to its first online forum on Tuesday 4th August 2020, 2pm – 3pm.
The forum will be discussing how Birmingham City Council’s Adult Social Care Directorate (ASC) can learn about how COVID-19 has affected you. You may have seen a difference in the care and support you or your loved ones have received during this difficult time. A survey has been issued, and the findings of which will form the basis for the discussion, which will be led by Professor Graeme Betts, Director of Adult Social Care.
If you wish to take part in the survey, click on the following link: Survey on Care and Support during COVID-19. The closing date for the survey is 20th July 2020
As Adult Social Care plan how to continue to deliver services in the future, which is still a little unknown, we would like you to tell us what worked, what didn’t and how can services be delivered in a safe and controlled way to ensure everyone is kept safe and well.
