The People for Public Services forum would like to invite you to its first online forum on Tuesday 4th August 2020, 2pm – 3pm.
The forum will be discussing how Birmingham City Council’s Adult Social Care Directorate (ASC) can learn about how COVID-19 has affected you. You may have seen a difference in the care and support you or your loved ones have received during this difficult time. A survey has been issued, and the findings of which will be shared and discussed at the meeting. The discussion will be led by Professor Graeme Betts, Director of Adult Social Care.
As Adult Social Care plan how to continue to deliver services in the future, which is still a little unknown, we have asked what worked during the lockdown and what didn’t. We are also keen to hear your views about how we can continue to deliver in a safe and controlled way to ensure everyone is kept safe and well.
Everyone is welcome to attend as your views are important.
