Callout for Romanian, Urdu and Mirpuri speakers
Help University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust improve the information they provide to their Romanian and Urdu/Mirpuri speaking patients.
University Hospital Birmingham are looking for participants to help improve the information they provide to patients from the Romanian and Urdu/Mirpuri speaking communities. We will be holding two FREE focus groups on the 27th of July 2021 for the Romanian Community and another two FREE focus groups on the 29th of July, 2021 for the Urdu/Mirpuri speaking community.
The purpose of these focus groups is to get the views and experiences from you so that we can ask about your understanding of information given to you by the hospital (Queen Elizabeth, Heartlands, Good Hope). This could be spoken information or anything provided to you in a letter, leaflet or electronically. We will use what you tell us to improve how we provide information to you.
