Who’s your local hero?

Birmingham City Council are on the hunt for 22 inspiring unsung heroes to help make the most of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

From sports coaches and charity workers to volunteers and litter pickers – we want to hear from you and celebrate our city’s unsung heroes.

The role of a Community Champion will be to inform, excite and identify opportunities for their community to get involved in the Games and celebrate the biggest sporting and cultural event to be hosted in Birmingham.
